KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
1. In consultation with the Battagram program team, design a complete data collection system to report activities according to appropriate framework(s). The activities should be reported according to the results framework/LFA and should include measures of established core indicators. The current system should be strengthened and allow cross project comparison to measure asses, results and possibly impact.
2. Develop standard data collection / monitoring tools in coordination with program staff both at Islamabad and in the district.
3. Regularly support field based data collection with the monitoring tools developed, analyze in coordination with the program staff and interpret information gained and immediately feed back to the management / program staff for programming changes if necessary.
4. Develop and coordinate a process for utilizing baseline information in documenting all reports.
5. Ensure all reports are produced in time and are consistently of a high quality
6. Ensure that appropriate dissemination/ exchanges takes place within the field office and outside.
7. Support the development of a sub-office data bank system for all activities. Regularly communicate with the MIS Coordinator and Senior Program Manager to share development, receive feed back and make changes accordingly.

9. Develop, organize and supervise mid/final evaluation of the project activities.
10. Plan and conduct capacity building events regarding monitoring and evaluation and ensure children participation in M&E.
11. Identify and liaison with counterpart individual, government NGOs and research institution, locally and regionally.
12. Prepare monthly and annual field monitoring and evaluation reports.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Master's Degree from HEC recognized University
• At least 10 years of experience in development sector;
• At least 5-7years experience in monitoring and evaluation of development programs especially related to education and livelihood;
• Good understanding & practical experience of design, implementation & monitoring of developmet programs.
• Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines and intense pressure to perform;
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders to achieve project results
• Ability to visit project sites in a remote mountainous areas as and when required;
• Ability and willingness to live in an isolated conservative environment in sub-office base with other staff;
• Fluency in English ; Pashto language skills will be added advantage
